Ozone and Air Pollution
Danielle, Ayesha, and I successfully presented our presentation on air pollution and the ozone to a 7th grade class at the Parnell primary school. After the Prezi we played Jeopardy with the kids. My personal glows were being able to answer the kids' questions, having a good volume, and not talking to the students condescendingly. My grows included keeping eye contact and not being able to control the kids a couple times. The group's glows were reaching out to the Auckland community to share our research, keeping the kids entertained, having fun, and keeping even the teacher interested. However, we should've been more prepared, asked for more time for the presentation, and made the questions a little more directed to the student's age level.
